Marsh Construction is a family-owned and operated contractor based in Parkville, Missouri, serving homeowners across the Kansas City metro for more than 15 years. Owner Shawn Marsh and his sons handle every project personally, from basement finishes and kitchen remodels to full additions. We’re licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, and more than 500 satisfied customers have trusted us with their homes because we show up on time, communicate clearly, and do the job right.

Yes. Marsh Construction LLC holds a Class C Residential Building Contractor license and six additional licenses through the Kansas City license board. We are fully licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and carry comprehensive liability insurance on every project we take on.

As a general guide: bathroom remodels typically take 2 to 4 weeks, kitchen remodels run 4 to 8 weeks, and basement finishes range from 3 to 6 weeks. Larger additions or full renovations are scoped individually. We provide a clear project timeline in every proposal and keep you updated throughout the build.

We accept all major credit cards. Payment schedules are structured by project milestone so you only pay as work is completed. We are happy to discuss terms during your estimate appointment to make sure the process works for your budget.

Yes. We work on both residential and commercial projects across the KC metro. On the residential side we handle everything from basement finishes to full home additions. For commercial clients we specialize in remodels that accommodate ADA accessibility requirements, commercial kitchen builds, and full office or retail renovations.
